Stop taking drinks and drugs out of your body and do a little sport. 1 hour a day a walk in a park and you 'll back to your old beauty and self-convidence ASAP. As an ex addict i know how amy feels, you do look like shit when u have addictions, but i always managed to look presentable by buying a bar of soap, shampoo etc. Lets face it with amys money she could of booked herself into the swankiest salons in london for her big bash. The ppl at her bash only went coz they love and care for her they wont care what she looks like if only she had the decentcy to show up. Her poor mother for fucks sake Amy pull yourself together. I think this is something postitive for Amy, she has got to the point where she is seeing herself clearly and the damage she has done to herself. It is a good thing she is embarassed to appear in front of her family and friends in such a state. Maybe this is a turning point for her and she will sort herself out. I feel even organising a party for her, was totally the wrong thing to do anyway. These recent photos of her are shocking and what was her mum doing even turning up, with the state she is in if that was my child the last thing on my mind would be birthday parties, poor Amy, she needs help mum, not parties. PS. To blame the paps (comment 2) for ruining her life is just ridiculous, drugs ruined amy's life. If you feel this way, why log on to look at the photos they take?

I honestly hope that this is going to be a turning point for her, I hope that she realises that this is what drugs are doing to her, she has never really shown any sign before of knowing what was happening with her body, but this seems to be the break-through that everyone has been anticipating, I just hope that she starts to get herself back on the right track =]

Amy is an amazing talent not to be ignored, i am proud to be her friend,She has a very cute face and a sweet personality. I choose as my subject for oil portraits and to date I have completed 10 oil on canvas portraits of her. I display them in Jazz after Dark, Amys favourite bar.where I am building a fan club for her. I spoke to her today & she was very happy about my idea. OK shame she missed her Birthday but knowing her she doesnt like surprises, she likes to her own thing.She has so many friends like Mark Ronson, Adele & many more.Anyhow she is a great gift to music.
