Accompanying Paris to the red carpet event was her sister Nicky, who was wearing a very clever black and flesh coloured dress, which gave the illusion of a teeny-tiny waist.
Speaking after the awards Paris said:
“So happy! Just won The Reality Innovator Award, for being the Innovator of Reality TV. Loves it!”
Don’t worry we don’t have a clue what she's twittering on about either but as long as Paris is happy then that’s all that matters.
