Apparently, the Spice Girls are currently in talks to launch a new reality TV show where they’ll search for five girls to play them in a Spice Girls musical.

The idea had the backing of the band’s former manager Simon Fuller, who owns the rights to the “Idol” concept and it is thought the show will feature all four Spice ladies on a judging panel.

The Sun reports:

“This is an idea which appeals to all of the original members. It's a fantastic new way to broaden out the Spice franchise and cash in on their personalities, their story and their songs.

“The girls would have to work intensely on a TV show for a short period of time. But they then launch a musical, which could run for months or even years. It will take on a life of its own. The concept could even be replicated in other countries. The sky is the limit with this one.”

So lets get this straight, Posh has already filmed a stint as a guest judge on American Idol, she’s filming a cameo in Gossip Girl next week, she’s going to guest judge on the new BBC show, So You Think You Can Dance at the beginning of next year and now this! Wow, busy, busy, busy!!
