A subdued and slightly serious Robbie Williams appeared on Jonathan Ross’s chatshow on Friday night where he talked about, among other things, his new girlfriend, his plans to start a family in the next couple of years, his comeback and that infamous wide-eyed appearance on the X Factor.

Meanwhile Robbie is set to take to the stage next week for a one-off reunion with Take That for Children In Need.

Apparently the fivesome will reunite at the Royal Albert Hall on Thursday where they’ll be topping the bill for a concert which will also feature performances from Snow Patrol, Lily Allen, Dizzee Rascal, Leona Lewis, Muse and Sir Paul McCartney.

According to reports Take That will be singing several of their recent hits at the concert, such as Rule The World and Patience, but Robbie will be joining them onstage to sing Could It Be Magic as well as a few other of their vintage tunes. Pretty exciting, no?
