A throng of excitable fans welcomed Susan Boyle when she arrived at LAX yesterday ahead of her performance on Dancing With The Stars next week.

The singer’s new album, I Dreamed A Dream, will be released later this month (November 24th to be precise) and in the run-up to it’s release Susan has been invited to sing live on the X Factor. An inside source said:

“Simon Cowell is very excited about Susan coming back but wants to make sure she excels. It’s going to be nerve-racking for her being at the very same place where she lost Britain’s Got Talent.

“The pressure can get to her and he’s decided not to sign another big-name act for that night so everything is focused around her.”

Well let’s hope the pressure doesn’t get to her then!

Unlike when she first auditioned and became world famous overnight, Susan has now had time to become accustomed to the hoopla, at least to some degree. She's a cool, smart lady and she'll be just fine.
