Chelsea asked Katie: "You're a big star in England, like a Kim Kardashian, right? Why don't you explain to people what you do?" Nervous Katie, 31, was unable to explain exactly what she did as a job and was left gobsmacked when Handler told her she "didn't give a s***" about her life" Katie replied: "God, well, how long have you got?", to which a deadpan Handler replied: "Six minutes." The model said: "I started off as a model, I've got perfume out, bedlinen, 33 books. I've got underwear, swim wear, you name it I do it." The mum-of-three seemed eager to emphasise just how "mad" she was when talking about her countless cosmetic surgery procedures, after getting a spot of Botox in the States earlier this week. Katie told Handler: "I always fly over here to get my Botox done, I'm mad, I love it. Come to LA and everyone has had it done. "I always get my hair extensions done here as well. I fly over every three months to get my hair done and Botox. I'm mad aren't I? "Not that I'm high-maintenance or anything." Handler joked: "Well, you're really helping our economy - we could use it." And talking about being open about getting Botox, she insulted Katie, saying: "Anyone who looks at you will know that your forehead will never move. It's better for you to say in advance." Later, when the presenter asked why the model uses two names, she replied: "I use the name Katie Price and Jordan - don't ask me why." Jordan then spoke about her cross-dressing boyfriend Alex Reid's career as a cage fighter. She said: "I don't know if it's big here. He does cage fighting, UFC, do you have it over here?" Handler replied, "Maybe", before asking: "So is he a celebrity too then?" Katie said: "He might be now he's pictured with me everywhere." Handler interrupted with: "Well, you're obviously going to take him straight to the middle" - provoking gasps and laughter from the audience. Miaow!

I didnt really get the impression she was having a go at Katie, that wasnt very cringy at all, HELLO, couldnt they have made her really small or somthing, that was crap!!!

It's a pity a few of our presenters don't treat her with the same contempt....maybe then she would not think it's OK to use them as a platform to tell lies and glamorize cross dressing/and child neglect. And she says the same things over and over,"I'm open about my life" I've written books (not) I've got horses" when asked what she is famous for she should say "I'm a professional car wreck...people look in fear not knowing what they will see" Come on Strictly and X factor...find a spot for Peter and reward decency.

why 'well done katie' number 5? she did nothing, said nothing of interest and basically rambled on about her botox - which i am sure is soooooo interesting for the people of LA. Chelsea is well known in the US and am sure she was just stunned she was interviewing someone who had nothing to promote or talk about!

I thought it was ok, what's the fuss? Katie would be well aware that the Americans get their kicks from taking the p*ss out of people, it's what they do best. She knew what the one liners from the detestable Chelsea Handler would be before she went live , so she was not surprised at all. Well done Kate.

Chelsea Handler's boyfriend is the head of the E! network (where this show was aired). E! also aired the Katie and Peter show, to very low ratings in the U.S. Obviously, Ms. Handler's boyfriend must have told her to have Katie on the show due to the E! connection. Ms. Handler was not that nasty to Katie Price! She can be so much more cutting than she was in this interview. I feel Katie Price got off lightly. If katie doesn't like the way she came across that is because she has nothing of substance to say. Not Chelsea Handler's fault! FYI-Katie, if you are going to try to make it big in America have something of substance to say. Your accent will confuse most Americans. And, there are a million pretty girls with botox over here.

Tbh, this is the same as every other interview Chelsea Handler has conducted. She behaves like that with every guest, it was just she had more to work with with Katie. Not really cringeworhty, but still very funny.

I just watched this inteview and read all the comments, Yes unfortunately Katie did come across as "walked into the line of fire" but as we all know she justifys her public opinion "you like me or you dont" end of...! were as Peter Andre does care about public opinion and always tries a very thought out way of putting things so we may all understand his views..... Now I am a guy and I will say how it is .... yes corr I love to have Katie Price... as most would... but a quick realality check would say a big NO NO... But what we all have to remember before we knock her for being a self image person and its all about me syndrome.....
