Having just filmed X Factor, Cheryl Cole braved the rainy weather in a flimsy pink dress and headed to Kanaloa, her with husband Ashley Cole hanging off her arm (and that big wedding ring on her finger – obviously), for Sarah Harding and Kimberley Walsh’s joint birthday party.

At the bash, which was held at Harding’s club, we also spotted fellow Girls Aloud bamdmember Nicola Roberts, the Sugababes, Cheryl Cole’s mum, Brian Friedman and Kris Marshall (that guy from My Family).

Meanwhile Cheryl Cole has reportedly been given her very own TV show on ITV.

Apparently the X Factor judge will receive £100,000 for hosting a one-off programme on Saturday, December 19 called Cheryl Cole's Night In.

The show will allegedly see Cheryl dueting with Black Eyed Peas singer will.i.am, and will also feature appearances from Rihanna and Alexandra Burke.

Cheryl is just fine as she is, she needs to secure a wee bit more confidence in herself as far as her solo career goes. She's showing fear and she doesn't have to, she'd making it on her own. I'm one of the biggest critics i know when it comes to celebs. Cheryl i think is one of the genuine ones. xxx

what on earth is cheryl's dress made from? It looks like cardboard! I wonder if it's from the same designer who made that bizarre black dress that looked like the bust was made of plastic fans, that she wore a few weeks ago on X factor? If so, she needs to change her designer, lol

Sorry to all the Cheryl 'bum lickers' out there but i can truly say if Cheryl gets her own show i won't be watching it what the hell can that pretty but vacant girl talk about apart from her self that is... i never agreed with people when they said T.V is dumbing down but I now wholeheartedly agree!

And as for Dannii Minogue beating Cheryl in the "Whatever silly stupid competition the press makes up" she beats the "Ride on my sister's fame tail" Dannii Minogue any day. Dannii is a complete no talent approaching 40 year old bore with a loser boyfriend from the North of England who she packed off to Australia as soon as the bad publicity came out about his weird druggie/tranny past. As much as i like Cheryl she is EVERYWHERE at the mo!!! Starting to get a bit annoyed, ARGGGHHH! I dont like Sarah's lipstick either HA. no 12 - I think yes Dani did ride a bit on kylie coat tails to begin with in the UK, but has come good in her own right now and is at least able to string a sentence together with some form of intelligence. Where as cheryls judging talent usually amounts to the contestants performances being 'comfortable' or 'uncomfortable'. She is pretty in that Miss World bland can of manufactured way, with no real style or obvious charisma, but everytime she opens her mouth she is completely uneducated and sounds it. Lets also face the fact, Cheryl would be no where only she was lucky enough to get a slot as Nadine Coyles backing singer and elevated her position not using talent, as it is missing, but marrying a footballer..only then for her sleasy husbands affair and degustingly trying to organise abortions behind her back, she gained public sympathy and was sat on the x-factor judging panel which has now lead to a rather cringe worthy attempt at a solo career. Jealous of Cheryl Cole, don't think so. Ps. Lets hope her mum had her knickers on under this dress, after her last rather unlady like flash at photographers..bout says it all really.. doesn't it!
