“You are my f***ing w*** hold you down while i choke you and F*** that a** that i own then im going to tell you to shut the F*** up while i slap your face and pull your hair for making noise”

In another message he simply asks:

“Where do you want to be bitten?”

Well, he certainly knows how to make a lady feel special doesn’t he?

In his apology the 40-year-old, who was kicked out of the couple’s marital home earlier this week, insisted that 'the vast majority' of the allegations about him were untrue, but admitted:

“There is only one person to blame for this whole situation, and that is me. It's because of my poor judgement that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way.”

“This has caused my wife and kids pain and embarrassment beyond comprehension and I am extremely saddened to have brought this on them. I am truly very sorry for the grief I have caused them. I hope one day they can find it in their hearts to forgive me.”

Meanwhile Jennifer Aniston has been reacting to the news that Heidi Montag has been cast in a new comedy film she’s starring in.

The reality star recently filmed scenes for the new Adam Sandler comedy, Just Go For It, which Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman will be working on later this year. Talking about the producers’ decision to cast Montag in the movie, Aniston said:

"I just heard that. That's interesting and fun” she also added that Heidi would be “perfect” for the role, but didn’t give an further details about what the part would entail.

So we’re guessing Heidi’s playing a blonde bimbo who’s had loads of plastic surgery then?

Hundreds of screaming girls, and a couple of middle-aged people, besieged the GMTV studios this morning so that they could catch a glimpse of Justin Bieber and his pudding-bowl haircut.

The 16-year-old singer seems to attract crowds of frenzied girls wherever he goes around the world, and the UK is no exception. And we’ve got a feeling that his fans will probably start going even more crazy (if that’s possible) when they find out that Justin wouldn’t mind dating one of them.

When asked whether he would ever consider getting involved with a fan on GMTV earlier, Bieber replied:

"I think that it just depends - it depends what the situation is. I think that I'm not going to limit myself."

Well there’s certainly not a shortage of girls for him to choose from is there?

If there was any animosity at all between Miquita Oliver and Ke$ha during this interview backstage at the NME awards last month then the pair certainly managed to hide it very well indeed.

So well in fact that we were shocked to learn that following this interview Miquita ended up getting suspended from her post at T4 after being overheard insulting the TiK ToK singer with a choice four-letter swear word. A source said:

"Miquita was having a really bad day. She blurted out the angry words and thought no-one had heard her. She didn't mean anything personally, it was a spur of the moment thing.

"But Ke$ha's team caught it and were outraged. They complained to Miquita's bosses who dealt with her straight away. She was given a serious telling off, and told to take some time off."

And here we were thinking that Miquita and Ke$ha actually bonded quite well during this interview. Oh, how naive we are…

Price has come under fire in the last week after the she announced that she was bringing out the cosmetics collection, for which her daughter Princess will be the face of.

Whilst her ex-husband Peter Andre isn’t very happy about Princess’ involvement with the money-spinning range, Katie told Phil and Holly that make-up for kids is perfectly fine and is pretty harmless really as little girls have always enjoyed playing about with a bit of lippy and mascara etc.

Some kind of muscley Adonis with washboard abs, we would’ve thought, but apparently not. In her first proper interview since her split her cheating estranged hubby, Chezza has said that she far prefers men with pot bellies.

During an interview with Bauer radio the Girls Aloud singer was asked what kind of man she would fancy on a beach, she replied:

“A guy could be in the speedos and be ripped to within an inch of his life and I don’t think I’d look again. It would have to be the Bermuda shorts and the pot belly.”

So she’s not fussy then we take it?
