Paris Hilton throws a Halloween party at her Mulholland Estates home and dresses herself and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt up as Dorothy. Unfortunately for the heiress her hosting capabilities become limited as a long line of cars full of guests forms and she is left to deal with the hired security's method of traffic management. Paris grows increasingly agitated as her family and friends wait in line, and both Paris and Doug can be heard insulting the help with expletives and threatening the termination of their jobs.
