But it was the Umbro shorts and the socks he was wearing that really didn’t do it for us! Oh well, we’re not going to go on about it too much because we actually love Russell and we struggle to be mean about him.

Instead we’ll tell you who we spotted leaving the same gym shortly after him, Katy Perry of course! The singer was trying to keep a low profile as she made a swift exit with her head down.

Aw, you know what they say about couples that sweat together? Hang on a minute that’s not the saying is it? Oops!

Now this is the part where we’d like to tell you a little something about the event, like what it was in aid of or something like that but we can’t find out any information about it, we’ve looked everywhere but it’s almost like it never happened, strange eh!

So anyway, other guests at the non-existent event included Michelle Heaton and erm, that’s about it.

Or maybe that’s just our opinion; perhaps you really care what Marcus did on the weekend, or which club Sophie stumbled out of last night and if you do then you’ll be pleased to hear we caught up with Noirin the other day.

The BB babe was fooling around while shooting a calendar with model Liz Ryan at The Morgan Hotel in Dublin, but Noirin wont be staying in Ireland for long as she recently revealed her plans to work in London.

She said:

“I've been getting loads of offers to do glamour modeling since I left the house and I figure I might as well do it for the moment.

“The end goal is definitely to get into TV though, that's what I want to do.”

And clearly glamour modeling is the way to do that! *shakes head*

Now after careful consideration we are pleased to belatedly reveal that the winner is:

So anyway, while we’re on the subject of Chanelle, the former BB star recently revealed she’s struggling to control an eating disorder, well she’s got to do something to get her name in the papers!

Chanelle told Now magazine:

“I realise now that I suffer with depression and have eating issues, but I am dealing with that by following a specially-devised eating plan and seeing my doctor.”

After that she went on to talk about her failed suicide bid, but we’re guessing you probably care about that as much as we do so moving swiftly on…

Talking about the new fuller figure she’d acquired while on the show the BB star told New! Magazine shortly after winning the competition:

“I'm not obese. I enjoyed myself in the house. I thought why not, I'm going to eat what I want! I can't wait to lose it again though."

And it looks as though the BB winner has done exactly that; last night we spotted Sophie (and Kym Marsh as well) at Navan nightclub in Dublin and we couldn’t help but notice how much slimmer she looked.

She’s not quite as skinny as when she first went into BB (she was actually a size 6 at the time), but frankly we think we prefer her with curves. How do you think Sophie looks?

Sophie invaded London Fashion Week with a bevy of beauties earlier today to protest against the ban of curvy models on the catwalk.

And what an excellent choice the BB winner is to head the campaign- remember her publicised weight gain in the house? She went from a size eight to a size ten in just 13 weeks.

But Sophie’s not bothered by that, in fact she said, “I’m not obese. I enjoyed myself in the house. I thought why not, I’m going to eat what I want!"

If only those LFW models could take a leaf from your book Sophie...
