But one of Zac’s pals says that the pair are still very much together.

“They spent months together up in Vancouver, where they are both filming movies,” Zac’s friend said.

“Things are going well with them. They are happy.”

Anyway one X Factor contestant who we didn’t spot leaving the shared house yesterday was Danyl Johnson who’s currently said to be at war with his mentor Simon Cowell over his song choice for Saturday’s show.

Apparently the drama teacher walked out of a rehearsal earlier this week after he was given Praying For Time to sing during the Wham! themed show.

After a brief tantrum, Cowell has now let Danyl sing Careful Whisper instead but in the process of letting him switch songs Danyl has allegedly been given a stern telling of by Simon for his “arrogant” attitude. Quite right too...

We caught up with some of the ladies promoting the new calendar at The Intercontinental Hotel yesterday where, later that same day, they all attended a swanky gala dinner which attracted the likes of Sophia Loren, James Blunt and Eva Herzigová.

“As far as we’re concerned it’s move over Paris Hilton, here comes Katie. She would be sensational on our show.”

While an ITV insider added:

“Love her or hate her, they've seen the incredible impact she's had on British viewers and want her to sprinkle some of that magic Jordan dust. It would help launch her in America - which is what she wants.”

Jordan dust? Actually, lets not even go there.

In the new romantic comedy, which is called One Night With You, Lohan will potentially play a former child star who gets involved in lots of scandal, before going to rehab and eventually reviving her career by appearing on a reality dating show.

Hardly any acting involved in that role for her then…

Apparently Leona has now lost a stone in weight after record bosses suggested she “shape-up” before the launch of her new album.

According to a source close to former X Factor winner, Leona managed to gain weight over the summer while she was recoding her album, which is called Echo, by feasting on large portions of junk food. A source said:

'In LA she used to binge on curry, macaroni cheese and her favourite Thai takeaway, all delivered to the studio. American portions are so big it's hard not to put on weight and Leona loves every kind of food that's bad for you.

'The label bosses weren't happy with her weight gain and told her to shape up for her album launch.'

Well we thought she looked perfectly fine beforehand, but that’s just our humble opinion…

Anyway, in some completely unrelated news it turns out that Brad Pitt recently turned down getting paid $5 million in order to spend more time with his children. Is he mad?

Apparently the actor was offered the money to make a public appearance at the Grand Prix Ball Abu Dhabi on October 31st - but failed to show up.

Instead the Hollywood star spent the day pumpkin picking with his partner Angelina Jolie and their sizeable brood. A source close to Brad commented:

"He's spending more time with the family and doing less of these appearances, even though it's a huge sum of cash."

Well, $5 million is probably just like petty cash to Brad Pitt and Angie isn’t it?

Well, we’re going to put their moody expressions down to tiredness as according to sources inside the nightspot the new couple couldn’t keep their hands off each just hours before, which is just as well really as they haven’t really been going out that long.

On Wednesday morning the LAPD responded to call of “drunk people arguing” at the socialites home.

Apparently the heiress and her fella were having a heated row in front of her Hollywood Hills home and an eyewitness told TMZ.com:

“He saw Paris in her driveway and Doug getting in his car, when Paris began screaming, “Don't go, don't go!”

“The eyewitness tells us Doug got out of the car and the lovebirds began “shoving each other.”

Concerned neighbours called the police and when they arrived they had a brief chat with Paris and no arrests were made. It doesn’t sound good though does it?!

After all, we know how much you love seeing snaps of bands such as Westlife and The Saturdays jumping around onstage. No need to thank us, we’re here all day. Sort of…

It also proves that Lady GaGa has actually worked bloody hard to get to where she is today and it didn’t just happen overnight, she earned her success.

The latest clip was filmed four years ago and shows GaGa or Stefani Germanotta as she was known at the time, performing at an NYU talent show.
