Oh, it’s been a while since we’ve heard new music from Jennifer Lopez (thankfully). For the last year the star has been concentrating on being a mother to her twins, but after recently starring in a new film Jennifer has decided to make an un-welcome return to the music industry.

In recent weeks a constant stream of old Lady GaGa videos seem to have found their way onto the internet, this makes us happy because there is nothing we like more than a before they were famous vid!

It also proves that Lady GaGa has actually worked bloody hard to get to where she is today and it didn’t just happen overnight, she earned her success.

The latest clip was filmed four years ago and shows GaGa or Stefani Germanotta as she was known at the time, performing at an NYU talent show.

JLS may have beaten Robbie Williams in their recent chart battle but that was because they had a sneaky trick up their sleeve that helped them secure the top spot.

The boys released their self-titled debut album with five, yes FIVE different covers, which no doubt helped them to shift over 200k copies.

“I’m sure some die-hard fans bought all five versions,” Marvin Humes said before adding, “But then there will be some that could not afford them all so they just got their favourite member.”

Can you guess which boy sold the most? Oh, as if we really need to tell you, of course it was Aston, everybody knows he’s the favourite.

“He has sold the most hoodies and T-shirts so I'm betting the blue copies with Aston sold out the most because he's a young, cute stud.”

Meanwhile, we caught up with the boys enjoying yet another night on the town last night. They started their evening at Sketch where they met up with Boyz II Men, before heading across town to Boujis in Kensington.

When we first heard that Lady GaGa and Beyonce were planning on recording a song and music video together we found ourselves getting ever so excited. So much so in fact that when we actually saw the finished product earlier today we found ourselves feeling distinctly underwhelmed.

Considering the sheer brilliance of GaGa’s latest video Bad Romance we can’t help but feel a little disappointed by the pair’s new project (which is called Video Phone by the way) as both the video and song are, to be honest, fairly unremarkable.

But anyway, that’s just our opinion - what do you think of it?!

Rihanna Hits The Town After A Triumphant London Comeback Gig…

After what can only be described as a disastrous start to the year, Rihanna was back where she belonged last night as she performed a medley of hits to a rapturous crowd at the Brixton Academy in London.

Dressed in a small black leotard, which left very little to the imagination, Rihanna wowed with a couple of her new tracks but it was the classic hits like Take A Bow and Umbrella that really got everybody going.

However, the biggest cheer of the night came when music mogul Jay-Z joined the Russian Roulette singer on stage to perform their latest collaboration Run This Town.

After the 45-minute gig both stars headed across town to Mahiki where they joined the likes of Jamelia, JLS and Chipmunk as well as meeting up with Beyonce who had just finished her own gig at the O2 Arena.

Rihanna, Kanye West & Jay Z Team Up For Secret London Gig??

Tonight is a very special night, why? Well it’s special because tonight is the very first time Rihanna will perform her brand spanking new album, R Rated at a secret gig in London, which Nokia will be broadcasting around the world.

But perhaps more exciting then that, is the news that Jay Z and possibly even Kanye West, will be joining the Umbrella singer on stage to perform their hit track Run This Town.

Both men are definitely in the capital as they made a surprise appearance on stage with Beyonce at the O2 last night and now everybody is hoping they do the same again tonight.

Meanwhile in other Rihanna news we hear it’s just confirmed that she’ll be performing her new single Russian Roulette on the X Factor this weekend, yey!

Oh and by the by, Rihanna was out in London last night wearing a big fluffy hat, a pair of dark sunglasses and erm, is that a bump by her left eye?

Lady GaGa Leaves Us Speechless…

Last night Lady GaGa performed her new song Speechless while the Russian Ballet performed at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

GaGa recently admitted that she penned the track to try and persuade her sick father to have a heart operation. She said:

“I sent it to my dad when I was on the road. I said, ‘Please Dad’ and he still wouldn’t do it and one day he just started not feeling so good so I dropped everything and sat down with him.

“I told him it was not just his heart at stake, it was all our hearts. I told him if he dies I would quit music and mum would not be able to function. And, thankfully he did it.”

Do you think JLS are happy that their debut album has knocked Cheryl Cole off the top of the album charts? We’re not sure, it’s hard to tell don’t you think?!

When we spotted the boys leaving Whisky Mist in London last night they were in ridiculously high spirits, in fact they looked like they might explode they were so happy.

But who can blame them they’ve now got two number one singles under their belt and a number one debut album, what next? They really are unstoppable!

Stephen Gately’s last vocal recording has been released online today.

In a haunting cover version of the Christmas classic Little Drummer Boy, Stephen can be heard providing backing vocals for his bandmate Ronan Keating.

Finishing touches for the song were made two months before Stephen’s death as part of Ronan’s solo album, Winter, which will be released tomorrow.

Angry Britney Fans Sell Tickets For 55p...

Audience goers in Australia who have bought tickets to Britney’s sell-out concerts in the country are so angry that the singer will be miming throughout her gig that some have taken to flogging their tickets on eBay - many for as little as 55p.

The tickets reportedly went on sale online shortly after Britney’s concert in Melbourne on Thursday where droves of people were allegedly seen walking-out of the show in a rage over Britney’s lip-syncing.

Britney is said to have been “hurt” by the critics harsh review of her show in Oz - which probably explains the sullen expression on her chops when we spotted her leaving her hotel in Melbourne earlier today ahead of her last gig in the city tonight.

How many walk-outs will there be at this evening’s show we wonder?

Robbie Williams DID Join Take That Onstage!

A wide-eyed Robbie Williams left the Royal Albert Hall last night looking slightly emotional having just joined his former band Take That onstage during their performance.

Gary Barlow shocked crowds at the gig yesterday when he welcomed Robbie onstage with the rest of TT. After singing their hit Greatest Day, Barlow announced:

"What a beautiful place we are in tonight. What a perfect time to introduce an old friend of ours. Please welcome on stage, Robbie Williams!”

An obviously emotional Robbie walked onstage hugged all of the boys but was then left by his former bandmates to sing his singles Bodies and You Know Me by himself. So no musical reunion just yet then!

Elsewhere last night we spotted Cheryl Cole, Katherine Jenkins and Paul McCartney all heading home following their performances at the Children in Need concert.

We’re sorry to have to be the ones to break this to you, but despite what you might have already heard Robbie Williams will NOT be performing with Take That at the Royal Albert Hall tomorrow night.

It’s been widely reported that the boys will reunite for the one-off Children In Need gig, which also features performances from Lily Allen, Dizzee Rascal and Leona Lewis, as well as duet with Cheryl Cole and Snow Patrol, but a spokeswoman for the BBC has said that it is “categorically not true” shame.

Anyway, earlier today we caught up with Robbie leaving the Radio One studios in London after appearing on Fearne Cotton’s show.

Last night Jay-Z’s concert at the UCLA College in Los Angeles was the hottest ticket in town as the hip-hop superstar continued his hotly hyped Run This Town tour.

Despite constant rumours that Justin and Jessica have split the couple put on a united front when they attended the show, which featured a surprise performance from none other than Rihanna, who Justin was rumoured to of had a fling with. Does this mean we can now put those rumours to bed?

Meanwhile we also spotted a few other celebrities in the crowd including Samantha Ronson, James Blunt and yummy mummy Nicole Richie, who must of enjoyed herself as later that night she tweeted:

As well as collecting three gongs at last night’s MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin, Beyonce also found time to wow the crowds at the ceremony with an incredibly sexy version of her hit song Sweet Dreams, which saw her take to the stage in a revealing red bodice.

Pete Doherty Pens New Anti-BNP Song…

A bleary-eyed (that’s putting it mildly) Pete Doherty left Proud Galleries in Camden last night, with his girlfriend in tow, after performing at the venue with his band Babyshambles.

And during the set, apparently, the band premiered a whole host of brand spanking new tunes including an anti-BNP song called The BNP Blues and a cover version of Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean – which you can have a little peek at if you click right here.

Meanwhile Pete will be back in court next month where he’ll stand trial for charges of dangerous driving and driving under the influence following a gig in Gloucester back in June. Let’s hope he won’t be spending Crimbo behind bars, eh?

Lady GaGa Has Just Made Music History...

Lady GaGa was flashing the flesh in London last night as she celebrated the news that she has just become the first artist in Billboard history to have four number one pop songs from their debut album.

Just Dance, Poker Face, Love Game and most recently Paparazzi have all topped the charts in the US allowing her to achieve this impressive feat.

After being told that she made music history GaGa thanked her fans and said:

“Extraneous relationships, they come and go, but your fans - they love that part of you that not everyone can understand... I am my work. I am every breathing moment of my life.”

Oh GaGa just a standard ‘thank you’ would suffice.

Apparently the girls have already been in talks with their record company today about who’ll be producing their new album. It looks as though the group will either be working with William Orbit or Stuart Price – both of whom have produced albums for Madonna.

Well that’s certainly a turn up for the books isn’t it? We thought Siobhan hated Mutya and Keisha’s guts!

Leona Lewis Wows The Crowds In Hackney...

Lovely Leona Lewis made a welcome return to the stage last night when she performed her first ever solo concert at the Hackney Empire in London.

During the gig Leona told the audience how grateful she was that they came out to support her and that the first time she ever performed was on the stage in Hackney when she was just 13, “So it seemed fitting for me to come back here.”

After the show the X Factor winner slipped out of her bouffant dress and into something more comfortable to make her way across town to The Boundary where she attended an after party.

Generous Beyonce & Jay Z Leave A $500 Tip

Say what you will about Beyonce and Jay Z but they really are an incredibly generous couple.

Earlier this week the pair splashed out on a lavish meal at Nello's restaurant in New York, where they spent over $1,200 on lunch *gulps*. Anyway to show their appreciation for the service at the restaurant they then decided to leave a staggering tip of around $500.

To be fair that’s probably like a bit of spare change for them anyway. Meanwhile Lady GaGa has revealed that she and Beyonce plan to collaborate on a string of projects together including two upcoming singles, and possibly a whole album.

The decision came after GaGa featured in Beyonce’s new music video for her song Video Phone, which they filmed earlier this month. Talking about the project GaGa recently revealed:

"Beyoncé called me and she said, 'What do you want to do?'

"And I'm like, 'I don't want to show up in some frickin' hair bow and be fashion Gaga in your video'. I said, 'I want to do you.'"

"The whole time I was learning the choreography they were calling me Gee-yoncé,"

We don’t know about you, but we cannot wait to see that video!

Boyzone Speak About Stephen Gately’s Death

Boyzone have spoken for the first time publicly about the death of Stephen Gately – and how they plan to release a new album with his vocals on.

In an interview with Sky News, Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch described how they have been coping with their grief in the weeks following Stephen’s untimely death.

But the band also revealed that days before the 33-year-old passed away he recorded vocals on two tracks - which will now be included in Boyzone's new album. So for the time being it seems as though the band will be staying together…
