Since moving stateside, Victoria Beckham has been ingratiating herself with a pretty impressive A-List Hollywood crew, so you’d think she was used to meeting the crème-de la crème of LA. But at a recent New York bash Posh admitted one acting legend left her slightly more stone faced than usual…

Pretty Woman star Julia Roberts met Posh on the red carpet of a Giorgio Armani party, leaving the ex-spice lost for words in a star-struck like state. 'I was like, f*** that’s Julia Roberts', she eloquently told a close source. Apparently the pair got on famously and after a short mutual bonding session about their children the pair were already organising their next get-together. 'We’re both mums with young children, so we had a lot to talk about. We’ve swapped numbers and I’m looking forward to catching up with her again' her source told us.

Last week Posh enlisted the help of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes to look after her three offspring whilst she jetted back to Britain, now it seems she’s even trying to muscle in Julia Roberts on a bit of the action. Is there nothing this woman won’t do to find a decent babysitter?

by source you mean the 3am girls from the mirror who did an interview with her! she didn't get the cruises to baby sit - davids mum is in LA helping david look after the kids. his mum was sat in the box with the boys and tom cruise, so she was the one babysitting her grandchildren! oh and also before someone jumps in to say that victoria beckham always leaves her kids - this is actually the first time since october that shes gone somwhere without her children!
