It’s been reported that no further police action will be taken after a video of her allegedly smoking crack cocaine emerged earlier this year. Is this good news or bad news??

okay some people reeeeally piss me off, just because she is an alcoholic and a drug addict does not mean she is a terrible/mean person!, i dont know why you are saying "she shouldn't be anywhere near kids" that is ridiculous, she is a normal person, she is not going to give drugs to the kids or beat them up!??!! she is a very kind person i am sure, she needs help, because she does not deserve to be unhappy. you can see in interviews that she is kind and smart. only fucking stupid kids would look up to amy and be like "omgosh i want to try crack now i want to be like amy !" so yeah lay of she is a wonderful talent and a great person so shut up !

aghdga on 15/05/2008 11:50:47 I think you didn't really understand WHY she shouldn't be around kids...Winehouse with her bulimia and her drug use practically has weakened A LOT her immune system,weak immune system = person with many diseases caused by microbi,bacteria ecc ecc which means that Winehouse COULD be a source of different kind of infections for little kids(just because little kids don't have a strong immune system themselves) I hope you can understand what i just tried to explain,english is not my first language:) so sorry.. ps:i'm not the person who made the comment you talked about but this is why I wouldn't let my kids near her or near any other person with her problems...

i totaly agree with aghdga(post8)i think amy seems like a nice girl yeah she has got problems but at the end off the day who hasnt got problems.what she needs is help and surport not people saying how messed up she is and how rough she looks,i think she is extremly talented her voice is amazing.and being a drug addict is an illness it does not make her a bad person.

To kevin: The rule is the same FOR EVERYONE!!!The police CANNOT PROVE beyond any reasonable doubt that Wino was smoking crack in that video and that's why they didn't charge her with anything.Trust me, you or i or anybody in the same position would be treated the same way..

another thing that gets on my nerves is people take photos of her at rediculus times of the morning saying she is wreaked but to be fair if i had a bright flash in my face at 4 in the morning im sure i wouldnt look to good either,and so wat if she goes to the shop for random things at 2 o clock in the morning i do that too but because im not famous and im not known for having a drug addiction no one thinks anything of it.she has never stolen to fund her addiction and if any thing it is not celebs that get away with being drug addicts its other people because the others dont get court because they dont constantly have people watching them and following them and waiting for them do slip up and people hoping to catch them out so they can make money from there problems.

Aww lovely pics! It is a shame its a different rule for celebrities, but they would have just put her in rehab, which she already did straight after them videos were released, so basically she took action before the courts did, and since then there hasn't been enough incriminating evidence.

post 14 how do you know she is a good person with a good heart??? you dont even know her. what we do know about her is that she is a talented singer, who craves attention and likes taking drugs, alot of them, as for the nice person bit, being nice to some kids, when you know there are 10 paps outside your door, doesnt mean you are genuine.

I don't know if she is an alcoholic and a drug addict. That's what the papers/net are says but please have a look at the children in front of her. This children are so young I can't beleave that they're running around and suddenly arrive in front of Amy's house. Who is the person in charge of them? It's just a new promosion sorry about beloved Amy. She has a perfect management. That's all.

I do love her and everything but she is a bit of a scary bitch apparently. My friend was at a party in a hotel room and Amy was there being really loud and obnoxious apparently and at one point, my friend turned the music down and Amy flew at her across the room screaming at her going "WHO ASKED YOU TO TURN THE MUSIC DOWN YOU FUCKING LITTLE BITCH, HOW FUCKING DARE YOU" which understandably, scared the sh*t out of her but then later came up and apologised to her and admitted she's a cow when she drinks.
