Grim. Now, we’re not too sure if Rob has grown the facial fluff for a role in a new film or not, but he’ll probably be wanting to shave it off sometime soon ahead of the launch of his pop career (if it goes ahead anyway) – because according to reports Simon Cowell is looking to sign him with his record label.
The music mogul is rumoured to have approached the Twilight star about making an album with him, but a source said Rob is "reluctant" to work with Cowell because of his pop image, however he is currently said to be thinking the offer over.
Yes, and while you’re mulling that over Rob why not mull over a good shave? It’s probably for the best anyway, after all we’ve all heard the rumours about his hygiene standards haven’t we?

I hate these pictures. He so clearly does not want to be photographed here. He didn't do the Hope for Haiti fundraiser for self promotion. I thought he looked great when he gave his little vignette of the show. Beard or no beard, Rob Pattinson is hot. And his hygiene is just fine, thank you very much.
Does anyone think it's to avoid being recognised by intrusive paps and stalking fans??!!! Perhaps he was able to walk around London unrecognised for a while and lead a fairly 'normal life'. But now they'll all be on the look out for a Rob with a beard, well done!!!
