Victoria Beckham has been offered the stupendously large sum of £25m to design a luxury hotel in Dubai.
The Mirror reports that Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum approached the former Spice Girl with his plans after they met last summer when Posh and Becks were holidaying in the Persian Gulf.
Apparently, the plan is for Victoria to team up with none other than Karl Lagerfield for the new hotel on Isla Moda, or ‘Fashion Island’ as it’s more commonly known.
“Even in these credit-crunched times, the fee offered to Victoria was astronomical. She was absolutely stunned,” revealed a close source.
But despite the staggering offer, Posh still hasn’t decided whether or not to accept - WHAT?! YOU CRAZY?!
“As ever, she is simply so busy being a mum and tied down with her own fashion collection. It's a very tempting offer, nonetheless.”
While a spokesperson for the star added:
“Victoria is always keen to look at ways of growing her business, but for now her focus is New York fashion week next month.”
PAH! As if she’s going to turn down twenty five millions big ones, she’s just playing it cool, right?
