Just a few hours ago we spotted the grim spectre of Pete Doherty making his way into Gloucester Magistrates Court with a fag in his hand and an oversized hat on his head.

The Babyshambles frontman is appearing in court today on drug charges having been arrested in the same magistrates court last month moments after being spared jail time on a separate charge relating to a drink driving offence.

Yes, he does lead a bit of a complicated life doesn’t he? Anyway we’ll let you know the outcome of his hearing a little bit later...
