Doesn't she have enough money to buy a place, and give her house to someone who needs it. Not to be cynical but if she was down to earth, doesnt' she think. I'm sure someone will say she want to stay close to where she grew up, the fact is she could buy a house, but isn't more important than someone who has been on a waiting list for years should get the house she is in.
