Yesterday, we told you doctors had warned Victoria Beckham that if she continued wearing high heels on a daily basis she might have to undergo a painful operation on her bunions, which could result in her having to use a wheelchair for 6-weeks while she recovers.

So when we spotted her wearing ballet pumps at an airport last week and flip-flops in Miami on Sunday it made total sense.

But last night when she arrived at LAX to catch a flight out of town she was sporting a simple black long-sleeved dress, some sexy fishnet tights and a pair of killer heels – WTF?! She must be in agony!

Oh Posh, in strange way we actually admire your dedication to fashion…
