But in order to clear the air before his show Vernon decided to issue a small apology to his listeners. He said:
"Now this week you may or may not be aware that because of some stupid and foolish decisions I've made I've disappointed and let down a lot of people. To my family and everybody I'm very sorry. Right, let’s crack on!"
Back in his marital home though, Vernon hasn’t been quite so successful at breezing over the whole sex-text-scandal; according to a source Tess Daly has understandably cancelled all Valentine’s celebrations with her DJ hubby.
Although she’s planning on “sticking it out” with Vernon, there have apparently been plenty or “rows” and “tears”, and Tess has even decided to take a few days off work as she can’t face talking about what Vernon’s done quite yet…
