And speaking of dark forces in Lindsay’s life, Michael Lohan – LiLo’s former convict father – has been blabbing to the press again about his daughter’s alleged addiction to “prescription drugs.”
In a new bid to get publicity interview, Michael said:
"My daughter needs rehab for at least 3 months. Come on… let’s face it, there are pictures of her out there…of her drinking and taking pills in public. If you’re on probation, is that what the system approves of? I’ve been trying to get into court with the judge for a long time. The last time she was in court the judge should have drug tested her. If she had, I know Lindsay would have come up dirty and she would have been thrown into rehab."
But despite his "strained" (as he calls it) relationship with Lindsay, Michael made this plea to his daughter:
"Whenever you need me, you call me. Whenever you have a problem, I’m there for you…. the prescription drugs are killing you.”
We’d love to believe you Michael we really would, but the last time your daughter rang you up in a desperate state you recorded your phone conversation with her and then sold it to the press.
Not exactly worthy of a Father of The Year award is he?
