So that probably explains why the socialite looked particularly unfazed when she was handed the most amazing cake ever during her birthday bash at Tao nightclub in Las Vegas over the weekend.

Her boyfriend Doug on the other hand looked just about ready to sink his teeth into the edible creation, which was made to look like shoe boxes piled up on top of each other. We’re jealous, just a tad…
