After attending the Roberto Cavalli Fashion Show in Milan, Lindsay slipped out of a sophisticated silver dress and into a pair of metallic harem pants and a fur gillet, as she attended the Cavalli afterparty.
But she wasn’t sticking around for long and after briefly showing her face inside the star-studded bash, she darted across town to Hollywood Club where she stayed until the early hours, emerging at gone 4am and looking bedraggled as she made her way back to her hotel.
