While Mezhgan was busy deciding what shop she wanted to visit next, as she picked out a new wardrobe for her husband to be, we asked Simon what he thinks about Cheryl Cole’s current 'situation' and he said:
“She’s dealing with everything... She’s a tough girl Cheryl… Ya know... She’ll be fine.”
Meanwhile, on the other side of the pond it’s been reported that Cheryl has now called in top divorce lawyers and they’ve reportedly advised the X Factor judge to cite unreasonable behaviour rather than infidelity as the grounds for divorce as it's hard to prove in a court of lawyer that Ashley actually cheated unless he confesses and we all know that's not going to happen.
