Rob Fusari, who launched the law-suit against GaGa on Thursday, alleges the singer denied him his share of song royalties and merchandising revenue, despite the fact that he spent months "radically reshaping her approach" after discovering her “star potential” after watching her play in a bar in New Jersey.
Fusari – who also had a relationship with the Just Dance songstress – also claims that he invented the singer’s “Lady GaGa” stage name and was instrumental in helping her get her first record deal.
Lady GaGa has not yet commented on the lawsuit, but when she does we should imagine she’ll communicate her disdain through the medium of fashion. And won’t that be something to look forward to…
