Now here’s a sentence we never thought we’d write… Mel C looked extremely elegant when she arrived at The Laurence Olivier Awards in London wearing a full-length black gown, reminiscent to the dress Victoria Beckham wore to the Fashion Awards in London a few months back.

The ceremony, which honours excellence in professional theatre, was held at the Grosvenor Hotel on Sunday night and guests included Sex In The City actress Kim Catrall, a particularly young looking Jude Law and a particularly drab looking Keira Knightley.

There were of course a load more famous faces at the star-studded bash but we’ll let you flick through the pictures to see who else was there and in the meantime we’ll tell you who won what….
