A little birdie has told us that Jessica Simpson is being lined up to star as Sandy in the remake of Grease 2. Now doesn’t that just sound like a film you’d rather staple your eyes shut than watch? Now don’t get us wrong, we’re not anti Grease 2 (although 1 is clearly better) what we are anti is Jessica Simpson’s acting in any way shape or form.

I actually think Grease 2 is better - the fashion rocks and the soundtrack includes 'Cool Rider' which is possibly better than 'Highway to the Danger Zone' from TopGun. And Jessica Simpson is no Michelle Pfeifer.
