Yes it’s a conflicting picture in the press as per usual, but let’s all take a moment to look at who’s saying what shall we?
Well, the Sunday Mirror claims that after seven days of incessant begging, and pleas for forgiveness Yvonne Keating has decided to take her cheating hubby back for the sake of their kids. A source close to the family revealed:
"Yvonne is still desperately hurt, but she and Ronan are both very conscious of their kids, and they are trying to be as normal as possible."
In contrast though the Irish Mail On Sunday paints a very different picture about the way things are between Ronan and his wife; they say that the pair’s relationship is completely, and we quote, “kaput”.
And what’s more, sources also tell the publication that Ronan is still keeping in very close contact with the woman he had an alleged affair with; a dancer called Francine Cornell. The saucy source explained:
‘Francine wanted a serious relationship with Ronan and was getting upset that he wouldn’t leave his wife for her. She made threats that she was going to the newspapers about their relationship and he panicked and wanted to get in there before she did. Francine is now very sorry for all the trouble she has caused him but it doesn’t mean Ronan and Francine have stopped talking.’
So, who do we believe? Well we’d like to believe the Mirror’s report because it makes us feel all warm and fuzzy inside a bit like how Love Actually does when we watch it on a Sunday afternoon while hungover - but we guess we won’t know for sure until we hear any news directly from the horses mouth – so until then we can but only speculate…
