It’s a dog eat dog world out there and when four ladies are all vying for the spotlight sometimes you have play nasty.

At the London Sex & The City 2 premiere, Sarah Jessica Parker wore a humungous, and some might say hideous, fascinator to ensure all eyes were on her.

But last night in Tokyo, Kim Cattrall had a little trick up her sleeve when she stepped out on the red carpet with a new hairstyle, a short blonde bob – suddenly the spotlight shifted and SJP looked less than impressed.
