The former reality TV star has calmed wild child ways in recent years, but back in the day Nicole was arrested for driving the wrong way down a freeway in Los Angeles whilst under the influence.
Four years on, and two babies later, Nicole’s probation was due to end next month but the judge decided to extend it until March 2011 because Nicole hasn’t completed the required number of alcohol education classes.
Appearing on her behalf in court, Nicole’s lawyer explained she was simply “too busy” with work and having babies to attend the classes.
Sounds like a pretty lame excuse to us, but seeing as we spotted Nicole arriving at a class in LA yesterday we’re going to let her off.
