Spinach caught in her teeth perhaps? Bad breath? A gigantic spot? All of the aforementioned? Nah bruv, just an unsightly cold sore!

Yup as Vicky made her way through Heathrow last week she tried in vain to desperately keep her crusty cold sore out of view from the general public.

Don’t worry Posh we’ve all been there – just let it free in the open, it’ll heal quicker.

Considering she felt so insecure about her scabby lip we find it strange to hear that the former Spice Girl had absolutely no problem with going shopping for erotic clothing in Beverly Hills earlier this week.

Apparently Posh spent around £3,000 buying “erotic” clothes to achieve three “sexy” looks which she described as “S&M seductress, a romantic goddess and a playful siren."

Among the items she allegedly purchased were a blindfold and a combined vest and suspender belt *shudders*. A source said:

"Victoria had lots of fun picking the lingerie out. This was a woman who was head-over-heels in love - David is one lucky guy."
