But it seems as though we’ve got to accept fact that they actually are because now even Brian Friedman (you know that bloke what does the dancing stuff on the X Factor) has come forward to confirm that the pair are knocking boots.
The choreographer claims that he recently met up with Cheryl and Derek when they flew over to LA:
"I'm very close to them both. They're amazing people and make a great couple. I thought they would make a good couple and I'm so pleased to say they do.
"They're very, very cute together. Cheryl and Derek both seem incredibly happy right now, that's all I can say."
