Katy – who we spotted out with Russell in New York last night following an appearance on Letterman - has been chatting all about how she’s used “innuendo” in the lyrics for some of her songs on her album Teenage Dreams. Apparently the singer is most proud about the way she’s incorporated suggestive language into her song “Peacock”.
"It’s like the world's biggest innuendo’ she gushed (hehe) while talking about the track.
Really Katy, because we’ve taken a look at the lyrics for that song and we’re not convinced. Here’s how the chorus for Peacock goes:
I wanna see your peacock, cock, cockYour peacock, cockYour peacock, cock, cockYour peacockI wanna see your peacock, cock, cockYour peacock, cockYour peacock, cock, cockYour peacock
Um yeah – sorry Katy that’s not actually innuendo it’s just you saying cock again and again. Better luck next time though…
