You see she currently seems to be labouring under the misapprehension that her one appearance on the X Factor (plus a couple of tabloid splashes) has made her into some kind of mega-celeb.
Usually an X Factor contestant only becomes worthy of the public’s attention once they’ve made it to the live final stage of the show, but Shirlena already reckons herself as some kind of tabloid regular - which is probably why she pitched up to Mahiki last night demanding entry to the celeb haunt.
Unfortunately once there Shirlena was told in no uncertain terms that she simply wasn’t famous enough to get in to the club without guest list, but that didn’t stop her – no, no.
After that Shirlena tried her chances at the nearby Cirque du Soleil where, surprise surprise she was also denied entry.
Thankfully Shirlena eventually realised that she’d had quite enough humiliation for one night and soon after she headed home on her bike with at least a tiny bit of her dignity still in tact. A tiny, tiny bit that is…
