After Lily’s recent performance at the Big Chill festival, where she insisted all press photographs were banned from taking her picture, we were beginning to wondered whether the Smile singer was planning to go into hiding during her entire pregnancy, but thankfully that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Last night the four month pregnant star was proudly displaying her rapidly expanding baby bump when she arrived at the Odeon cinema in Leicester Square for the premiere of her mum’s new film Tamara Drewe.

Aw, doesn't she look lovely?
