The former Hollyoaks star lost custody of her three year old following a bitter divorce battle from her ex husband David Gardner, who’s David Beckham’s best friend.

In a rare ruling the socialite and close pal of Kate Moss can now only visit her young son Grey every other weekend.

A source close to her ex-husband David Gardiner – who also received a £1million settlement from the millionaire heiress - said today about the ruling:

“As far as David and his friends are concerned it’s a case of justice being done. He also had to put up with Davinia’s excesses for years. He would often be seen at parties and showbiz events. But more often than not he was sober – and just waiting to take his wife home.

‘She used to love the showbiz lifestyle and, for a long time, he just went along with it to keep his wife happy... He’s just trying to rebuild his life and give Grey a stable upbringing.’
