Her choice of attire was absolutely horrendous, it easily the worst thing she could have ever chosen to exercise in and her body didn’t look much better.
The GMTV weather girl complained she had piled on the pounds during pregnancy and shortly after the photos were splashed across the papers she said, “When I saw the pictures I burst into tears – they were so humiliating and undignified.”
But after spending the past few months on a strict low-fat diet, which she combined with a vigorous exercise routine, 40-year-old Clare – pictured working out in London earlier this week - has managed to shift a whopping two stone and is now preparing to release a fitness DVD.
