Despite everyone’s predictions Lindsay Lohan has somehow managed to escape jail time (again) after failing an alcohol test earlier this month.

The actress was ruled not to have broken the terms of her probation when she appeared in court yesterday (where we spotted her), as the order for her to be tested for booze had already expired.

The judge in the case said that Lindsay was only guilty of exercising  “poor judgement” in throwing a party on the roof of her house in the first place.

So to curb her doing that in the future she’s now been banned from having more than one guest in her house at a time.

Guess that means no more film crews will be popping over to film crappy adverts with her then?
