On Tuesday Sarah Harding claimed she’d had the ‘week from f***ing hell’ after her now ex-boyfriend, Theo De Vries accused her of attacking him during a terrible row at the Hotel Schloss Matzen in Austria on New Years Day.

Theo – who had been dating the Girls Aloud singer for three months after meeting in rehab - claimed his 30-year-old girlfriend bit his leg and threw an ashtray at his head, which resulted in a black eye. 

“I want everyone to know that I am a decent man. I didn't hit Sarah one time,” he insisted.

But Sarah’s decided to speak out about her version of events and they are somewhat different from his.

She told The Sun, “He grabbed me by my hair – throwing my head on the floor. We were struggling.

“While he had me by the hair, he was pulling me across the floor. He was dragging me around.

“He was smacking my head on the floor. He bit my ear. And when I kicked him to try and get him off me, I got his nose and he was bleeding. He smeared the blood all over my face so it was all over my clothes.

“Look at me, look what he has done to me. That doesn't come from just holding me back. I've got bruises on my bum. Bruises on my legs.”

Apparently the trouble started after they both decided to have a couple of drinks.

Sarah said, “He suggested it. They say when one relapses, so does the other one and that's the danger of it. So yeah, I ended up having a few drinks with him and things got out of hand.”

They were supposed to be on holiday for a week, but after three days Sarah decided to book a flight home, unfortunately the flight got cancelled and when she returned to the hotel it all kicked off.
