Nick and Aaron Carter have been left completely devastated by the untimely death of their 25-year-old sister Leslie (2nd from the left in the picture above) who passed away in New York on Tuesday.

Details surrounding her death are still unclear and Us Weekly magazine reports:

“The family legitimately doesn’t know what happened. They’re still trying to find out.”

Last night a spokesman for Nick confirmed that the Backstreet Boys upcoming tour would still go ahead and he would like to dedicate it to his sister.  

They said, “Nick is thankful to the many people and the fans who have shared their wishes and prayers during this tragic time. We want to let the fans know the tour will go on as promised.”

Nick added, “Performing is cathartic to me and I am dedicating the rest of my tour to my sister since she loved to watch me perform.”

What a tragedy, our thoughts go out to the Carter family at this difficult time.
