Earlier in the week Cheryl Cole laughed off MC Harvey’s claims that they’d had a brief relationship shortly after she split from ex-hubby Ashley.
In fact her exact words were, “Are you smoking something?”
Since then their little Twitter feud has gone quiet and we were starting to think that was the last we’d hear on the matter, but it has just emerged that Cheryl has now launched legal proceedings against the magazine that printed Harvey’s interview.
Oh dear, if they really did have a relationship Harvey had better be able to prove it!
