These days it seems a day doesn’t go by when Miss Never Heard of You Before Flack isn’t in the gossip columns. And today is no different.

We snapped Caroline as she left a London hotel last night after a pre-BAFTA Lancome event and let’s just say she was looking pretty chuffed about something.

We could just say this is her natural facial expression, as she does seem to always be papped like this but it’s far more interesting to speculate other reasons for her cats got the cream look.

You may remember, if you haven’t been hidden under rock for the last couple of months,  that the 32-year-old embarked on a relationship with the ever so young but ever so cute Harry Styles, who was 17 at the time.

Anyway since their inevitable split, (which let’s be honest was a bit of a relief because it was just all a bit weird wasn’t it?) she has been a pretty easy target for a whole range of stories.

So here are our four suggestions on why she looked so smug last night.

1. It was reported that she swapped numbers with TOWIE’s Joey Essex.  Although he has since said: “She's not really my type - she's a bit old, ain't she? I mainly chatted to Keith Lemon.” Ouch
2. She is already smooching someone else, another young musician outside a pub in Camden. Again this has been strongly denied by both parties.
3. Her nomination for Glamour’s Women of the Year Award, has left her more than a little elated.
4.  She just received a text from her One Direction toyboy. (Unlikely)
