Heath Ledger Body Bag Scene May Be Cut..

The untimely death of Heath Ledger has resulted in The Dark Knight being one of the most hotly anticipated Batman films of all time. In three months time it will hit UK cinema screens nationwide while early preview screenings in the US have already begun and we hear the reaction has been a little unsettling….

Apparently viewers were stunned to see the Joker – Heath’s character playing dead in a body bag. In fact they were so gob smacked Warner Brothers are now considering cutting the entire scene despite claims from the tragic actors friends that he would have wanted his entire performance, in the movie! To cut? Or not to cut? That’s the question, what do you think?

leave it in. i'm sure we're all mature enough to deal with it, and heath put his heart and soul into the whole performance so we should be allowed to watch it as he would have intended.

NO CUTS.People in hollywood should not think they have a right to decide what our moneys should pay for .They should respect that Heath was a wonderful perfomer and that the movie is Heath Ledger at his best I hear.So please warner bro's should not take anything out they shouldn't deprive us of anything in that movie . We want to see all of Heath Ledger I mean all of him.sisi from South Africa.

Don't take it out!! It was meant to be in the movie!!! Marilyn and Tickled Pink are right, he would have wanted it in the movie! We owe him that much.

yes heath was a wonderful performer but there is no need to have his body bag scene in the movie. removing it wouldnt harm the movie or his performance in it. think about his family. what if it was someone you were close to. would you want re livethe pain of seeing the person that is now dead in a body bag AGAIN. critics would be selfish to leave this scene in especially under the circumstances. if he were alive it would be different. but hes not. and i dont think heath would want his family to hurt again just bc viewers and critics were selfish and wanted to see the scene.
