Amy Winehouse, who is seen sporting a necklace declaring herself 'Legendary', takes a break from the studio and returns home for a night, catching up with pal Blake Wood. Despite Amy having a bag full of food shopping, the pair popped out for a takeaway before Amy headed off again. London, UK. 18/04/2008

It’s been a long time coming but it’s been reported today that Amy’s marriage is in tatters after she ignored jailed hubby Blake’s birthday earlier this week. Not only did she neglect to visit him on his special day to make matters worse she didn’t even send him a card and friends claim she is now living as a ‘single woman...’

Troubled singer Amy, who has been holed up in the countryside working on music was back in London last night sporting a necklace with the word 'Legendary' on it. She’s been back in capital for a couple of days now and all eyes are on whether or not she’s going to make that all important visit. We’ll keep you posted.

Stop hating on Blake. He is not the one to blame for Amys troubled life. She is a grown woman, who's responsible for her own decisions. He never forced her to do drugs. People seem to forget that before Blake went to prison, he was always the one looking out for her. When she had had a little bit too much to drink, he would carry her. He took her to the hospital when she overdosed. Blake saved Amy's life! Yes, he has problems with drugs himself, but I believe that he's a good man. Why would Amy be with him if he wasn't? They seem so in love and I truly hope that their relationship will make it through this tough time. I love Amy to death and she deserves to be with the man she loves.

Meredith she is with him because she sees him as someone to take care of(i've actually heard her say that-she didn't say that that was the only reason but she did say it)...HE is a very troubled young man (MUCH MORE THAN SHE IS) but he's not as talented so people don't care about him...that said,HE IS BAD FOR AMY...all the cutting and the A-class drugs were things that he used to do and she didn't...once they got back together she just started living life his way! Of course you are right about the fact that she is a grown woman and that he didn't FORCE her to do anything but when you go on actually saying that he saved her life because he took her to the hospital when she overdosed i think it's a bit too much(do you imply we should actually thank him instead of attacking him??)...first of all because she would have never overdosed in the first place if it weren't for his influence on her and second because what was he supposed to do??They were doing drugs together and she overdosed...should he just leave her there to die????He could actually be prosecuted for something like that...of course he took her to the hospital...HE'S NOT A MONSTER HE'S JUST BAD FOR HER!!!!!

To anonymous: I've never said that he was good for her. But I just don't think Blake is the one to blame for all of Amys problems. The fact that she has been self harming and is doing drugs, is something she could have done with or without him in her life. I just hope that he'll get out of prison soon, so that him and Amy can sort themselves out together. And to Yoko: I don't think Blake is scared of losing "his goldmine", I think he's scared of losing the love of his life, which is Amy. They knew each other before she even got rich, so shut your mouth. It's not nice to talk shit about a person you don't personally. ;-)

I think that they are the typical case of like speaks to like. At least that is what thier common thread was in the beggining. They have common ground as far as their lifestyles go, or did anyway. They are toxic together though and eveyone knows that. Even though Amy is still troubled you can tell that her life is way less tamultuiouse with him gone. There has been the usual B.S. But there hasn't been no where as much drama without him around. It is very obvious that she does A LOT, and I mean A LOT, of self hating when he is around. She knows without saying it outloud to herself, that she shouldn't be with him. He is very jelouse of her and her success and he tries to tear her down as much as he can. He is not proud of her accomplishments the way that he should be. Yeah, maybe he is happy that they are able to reap the benefits of what her success allows the both of them but it is not as if he is a healthy minded partner that truly has her best interest at heart and that my friends is not rocket science. Its dam obvious that he resents the fact that she could fly independently any time, any where, anyhow!! It is the classic case of the very jelouse partner who will always ruin the joy that she should be experiencing because it isn't something that he can truly share with her. She will always outshine him and he is all to aware of that. They will always be on two totally different levels when it comes to personal achievements and how do you overcome that in a relationship like thiers that isn't healthy enough to withstand that kind of pressure in the first place?? It isn't going to last people, it is the same as Whitney H. and Bobby B. all over again. SAME DAM THING!! Anyhow, they need to just let it go and move on. Amy has a career ahead of her that she could really persue and do well at if she wasn't being made to feel that she didn't deserve it all the time by someone who is constantly threatened by it. They are outgrowing eachother daily...........time will tell, time will tell.
