Ten days have now passed since David Beckham’s Armani bulge was thrust upon the nation, but when we caught up with the man himself playing for LA Galaxy in Washington this weekend we couldn’t help but notice….

How knackered he looked!! The skinny, pale and noticeably exhausted footballer looked a shadow of his former self. Somebody needs to tell him he’s working too hard!

P.S. Does anyone else think there is something Popeye esque about him?
