Guess which scruffy actor we spotted dining last night at posh celebrity hangout Nobu, wearing these filthy leather clothes!!

It’s Worzel Gummidge, aka Rhys Ifans, of course – what a grotty little man he is. Doesn’t he looks as though he needs a good hosing down? We spotted Rhys heading into the exclusive eatery with his ~~girlfriend~~ companion Kimberley Stewart and pal Kelly Osbourne.

Honestly, bum crack hanging out one week, filthy clothes the next, anyone would think he’d been sleeping rough…
