Following her shambolic performance at Bestival this weekend, motor-mouth Mitch Winehouse has announced that Amy is leaving London and heading for the countryside. The troubled singer is reportedly days away from signing a contract on a seven bedroom house in a picturesque Suffolk village. The luxury pad also boasts three sitting rooms, a conservatory, stables, a garage for five cars, an outbuilding which could easily be converted into a studio, and a nearby airfield from where the singer can fly to her various gigs. Pals of the star have confirmed that Amy is moving to the country in a bid to escape her drink and drug demons. Handily, the house is also situated close to her incarcerated husband Blake. Mitch Winehouse revealed:

"I hope she will be very happy there. When Blake comes out of prison, the two of them are going to need somewhere to live together."

Before Amy’s big move to the country she’s rumoured to be DJing at a London pub tonight. We only hope her set goes without hitch!
