The last time Britney Spears took to the stage it was to perform Gimme More at the VMA’s and we all know what happened there.

Thankfully last night’s performance couldn’t have been more different and it gives us great pleasure to report she was in fact a storming success.

Hot on the promotional trail for her upcoming album Britney took to the stage in a circus inspired costume and considering the lifeless crowd we think she did a pretty good job.

But then again we’re so excited that she’s on her way to London right now she could have performed in her pyjamas last night and we’d still be giving her the thumbs up, you see we’re fickle like that. As soon as someone comes to London we love them about thousand times more, except for Jodie Marsh she’d have to leave for us to love her.
