Is every celebrity relocating to London at the moment? First Paris Hilton buys a house in the Capital and now, Rihanna. Apparently the Umbrella singer is planning to purchase a pad in Kensington and Chelsea, so she can be close to her record label HQ.

Since Rihanna is known to have a few jealousy issues, we’re sure Chris Brown will be spending a fair amount of time living in London with his girlfriend as well. Lucky us! Speaking of which, we caught up with Chris after a gig in Dublin on Friday night wearing a black jumper with a sequined blue heart in the middle. Did he steal it from Rihanna?
