To be fair, if we were in her shoes, then the thought of shedding six stone and training for a triathlon probably wouldn’t make us smile much either.

Speaking about her constant weight battle Kirstie recently admitted her horror when she stepped on the scales for the first time in 15 months:

“I started screaming. It said 228 lbs (16st 3lbs), which is my highest weight ever. I was so much more disgusting than I thought!”

The serial yo-yo dieter previously lost a whopping five stone in three years and she’s vowing to do it all over again. Apparently with the help of a trainer and triathalon she’s hoping to slim down to around 10st and hopefully keep it off for good.

“I'm going to have to work harder than last time. But I'm excited.”

Excited? Oh yeah, we bet you are.
